I really hear you on this and felt it deep in my body just seeing the subtitle on “caring too deeply”. I wonder myself…What’s too deep? Where’s the happy medium between lost at sea and toes in the water? It’s a lot to care so deeply (and can be quite draining and consuming), and YET, what a beautiful gift to do work we care so much about, with people we care about. It’s really hard.
